Hatch Agency Inc., was incorporated in June of 1980 and specializes in all aspects of truck insurance.
We currently insure approximately 3,000 trucking accounts in the five-state area. Hatch Agency provides all forms of truck insurance including primary liability, physical damage, cargo, bobtail/deadhead, trailer interchange, excess liability, work comp, and bonds. Total annual premium volume for Hatch Agency Inc., is in excess of $45,000,000.
We currently have a staff of 20 people who all know and understand trucking and the truck insurance business. We utilize the Customer Service Representative system to support our agents and provide service for each of our individual accounts. An Account Manager is assigned to each individual account with a support system that provides backup when necessary.
Our agency prides its self as being in person. When you call the office during business hours you will receive a live person who strives to give you the best customer service experience you can count on. We offer hands on assistance with claims, accounting, MVR service, Certificates of Insurance, and policy questions. With our claims system, for example, we constantly follow your claim from the day it is reported until that incident is closed. Regularly scheduled follow-ups are part of our automated system to be sure that adjusters are assigned, repair work is being done, and the appropriate payment is made on a timely basis.
Hatch Agency represents more than 50 different insurance companies, which gives us the versatility to market your insurance needs to the most competitive market. As the saying goes, no one insurance company can be all things to all people. We believe this and are constantly searching for additional markets to support our book of business.
